King’s College of the Philippines, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Benguet Chapter and Cordillera Hospital of the Divine Grace, invites everyone to join our Blood Donation Activity and help save lives!

🗓 Date: April 10, 2026
⏰ Time: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Venue: Building E, KCP Lounge, King’s College of the Philippines

📌Key Eligibility Criteria

✅Age: 18–65 years old (16–17 with written parent/guardian consent)
✅Weight: Minimum of 50 kg (110 lbs)
✅Health Status: Good general health; no fever, cough, cold, or infections for at least one week
Vital Signs:
✅Blood Pressure: 90–140 / 60–90 mmHg
✅Pulse Rate: 60–100 beats/minute
✅Hemoglobin/Hematocrit: Minimum required levels to donate

Before Donating:
✅Sleep: At least 5–6 hours the night before
✅Meals: Eat a healthy meal; avoid fatty foods
✅Hydration: Drink plenty of fluids (water, juice)
✅Restrictions: No alcohol for 24 hours prior

With joyful hearts, we honored the daycare pupils of Sitio Balococ through the Gift for Growing Minds—a simple yet meaningful recognition of their milestone as they prepare for elementary education.

Each child received a special gift, symbolizing celebration, appreciation, and encouragement as they take their next step in their educational journey.

This heartfelt celebration was made possible by the collective efforts of 4 CABM college instructors, 10 student officers, and 1 BSHM alumnus, together with supportive parents and the community.

💖 Every child deserves to be celebrated, encouraged, and inspired.

The Paint & Rise initiative continues as we work hand in hand with the community in repainting and beautifying the daycare classroom in Sitio Balococ. More than just painting walls, we are creating a safe, vibrant, and inspiring space where young minds can learn, grow, and dream.
This activity reflects the power of collaboration—made possible through the dedication of 4 CABM college instructors, 10 student officers, and 1 BSHM alumnus, together with our community partners.

🎂 Advanced Cake & Cupcake Icing Skills Training
🍰 From simple skills to sweet success!

Empowering the community through livelihood, the Advanced Cake and Cupcake Icing Training provided hands-on learning in creative icing techniques, product presentation, and entrepreneurial skills.
Participants explored new ways to enhance their baking outputs—turning creativity into opportunity and skills into potential income.
This meaningful session, held on March 25, 2026, at Sitio Balococ, Dalupirip, Itogon, Benguet, was expertly facilitated by our dedicated trainers—Angelo Bayacsan, Ruth Claire Waclin, and Marites Galleo—together with the assistance of student officers and the extension coordinator.
