Research Assistants, Niko Wakit and Jeniveb Pey-ag, conducted F2F survey to local carrot farmers to gather data on the carrot value chain at the farm gate level.

A program headed by University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) with partner SUC's of Project 1 from Benguet State University (BSU), Camarines Norte State College (CNSC), Central Luzon State University (CLSU), Nueva Viscaya State University (NVSU), and Visayas State University (VSU). BSU was represented by Engr. Leonardo D. Dumalhin, project leader for BSU and Dean of College of Engineering, Engr. Erickson N. Dominguez, project staff, and Engr. Niko Wakit , University Research Assistant.

Biogas Digester Construction Lay-out and providing of the Design Blueprint.
Location: Cherway Farm, Bontoc, Mt. Province
Date: October 13, 2023
A follow-up technical assistance was provided to Cherway Farm as requested by Mr. Kaley, piggery farm owner. The College of Engineering, Benguet State University provided also the design blueprint and estimates for the construction of biogas digester. Engr. Erickson N. Dominguez Engr. Alvin C. Dulay and Engr. Kevin P. Titiwa from the CE-Department of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering conducted the assistance.😊

Biogas Digester Site Assessment and Planning.
Location: Cherway Farm, Bontoc, Mt. Province
Date: May 18, 2023
Mr. Kaley, a piggery farm owner, requested a technical assistance from the College of Engineering, Benguet State University for the construction of biogas digester. Prof. John James F. Malamug, Engr. Erickson N. Dominguez and Engr. Kevin P.
