CONGRATULATIONS to BSN Batch 2019: Little Wonders!

Let me just share something about what happened earlier. I was walking outside of the CN building when someone asked...

"Miss, Nursing ka?" I was already preparing myself to answer questions such as "Anong pwedeng gamot sa high blood?", "Anong pwede kong kainin para hindi tumaas ang blood sugar ko?" and a lot more questions that are thrown to a student who is studying in the field of healthcare.

"Opo" I was thinking, kakatapos lang ng CA pero mukhang may panibagong set of questions akong sasagutin.

"Sino nanalong Ms. BSU?" But his question made me smile then I answered proudly...

"Nursing po" I thought, baka hindi niya kilala kung sinabi kong si Ms. Nana lalo na't he's not a student nor an employee of BSU, feeling ko nga susunduin niya apo niya because he's heading to ELS, so I answered Nursing but then...

"Oh wow. Si Nana?" Kilala niya si Ms. Nana

"Opo"

"Sabi ko na eh" then he smiled. "Thank you"

"Sige po"

Sinong hindi magiging proud? 😁

Minsan sulat, madalas ECG.

Haven't moved on from the Mr. and Ms. BSU 2019 fever. Here's the official results of the pageant. Again, congratulations to Ms. NANA AKUA S.K OSEI and Mr. RAIYAN BAKIL.

From the bottom three to the top five. Congratulations NARSmates! Congratulations to the College of Nursing and to all who joined the 2019 BSU Intramural.

You started and finished strong. From your NARS and College of Nursing family, we are so proud of you. Congratulations to the newly crowned Ms. Benguet State University 2019 NANA OSEI and for Mr. Benguet State University First Runner - Up RAIYAN BAKIL. You made us so proud.

Also, congratulations to the committee who supported Ms. Osei and Mr. Bakil throughout their journey until becoming as the top candidates of this year's Mr. and Ms. BSU. headed by the overall coordinator, Ms. MARINA SUZZETTE RODRIGUEZ with Ms. ABEGAIL REYES and Ms. JAEL ANTIOLA. Also for Ms. CONNIE AMBE, Mr. DEMZI MENZI and Ms. MAY FLEUR BACOLING for the amazing Avant Garde. And to Sir LAWRENCE C. CARANTO for guiding our candidates with your wit and knowledge preparing them to be the best. To the NARS advisers Mr. KEVERNE JHAY P. COLAS and Mr. GLENN RYAN I. PALAO-AY for pushing our candidates to go out of their comfort zones and for providing assistance up until the pageant. To the Dean, Sir JUDE L. TAYABEN, our College Secretary, Sir MARK U. GAY-AS and to the staff and faculty of the College of Nursing who supported and prayed for us. To the NARS officers and NARS members who showed unending support to our candidates, staying up late and cheering for them. And lastly, to the Almighty God who never brought us down and who guided us to this successful pageant.
