On July 22-24, our Food Technology students participated in a Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Hands Only Training conducted by the dedicated volunteers of the Philippine Red Cross-Benguet Chapter.

The activity provided students with valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in responding to emergency situations, emphasizing the importance of quick action, proper CPR techniques, and life-saving skills that can make a real difference in critical moments.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine Red Cross volunteers for sharing their expertise, time, and commitment to community preparedness. Your guidance helped empower our students to become more confident and capable responders in times of need.

Thank you as well to all the Food Technology students for their active participation and enthusiasm throughout the training. Together, we continue to learn skills that not only enhance our education but also enable us to serve and protect our communities.
