Please take note of the designated schedule for the distribution and submission of your Graduand Clearance Forms and First-Time Job Seeker Forms.

📋 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
• Coordinate directly with your respective colleges to claim and accomplish your forms.
• Submit all accomplished forms at the BSU Administration Building Lobby on your program's designated date.
• Submission hours are strictly from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

📢 ADVISORY TO ALL STUDENTS

Please be informed that the Online SIAS is currently undergoing testing and simulation activities. During this process, some system features may automatically generate and send email notifications to students through the BSU-SIAS Mailer.

Students who may receive notices related to enrollment expiration or RA 10931 discount adjustments are advised not to be alarmed, as these are part of the ongoing system testing procedures. Official enrollment schedules and procedures for the First Semester, SY 2026–2027 will be announced separately.

We sincerely ask for your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we continue enhancing and maximizing the features of the Online SIAS for better student services.
