Thank You, Philippine National Police – Police Regional Office CAR!

Bineng National High School sincerely extends its gratitude to the Philippine National Police – Police Regional Office CAR for conducting the OPLAN BES – “I Am STRONG” Information Drive/Lecture for our Grade 10 and Senior High School learners.

We truly appreciate your time, effort, and commitment in helping our learners become more aware, informed, responsible, and empowered members of the community.

The discussion on Anti-Bullying, the Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313), Anti-Illegal Drugs, and Basic Disaster Preparedness provided our students with valuable knowledge that they can carry with them beyond the classroom.

A special thank you to the police personnel and everyone who worked together to make this meaningful activity possible. Your partnership and dedication to the safety, security, and well-being of our learners are deeply appreciated.

OPERATION KAP-KAP | Ensuring a Safe and Drug-Free School Environment

In a united effort to promote a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment, our school successfully conducted Operation Kap-kap, a surprise inspection of students' belongings aimed at preventing the entry of prohibited items on campus.

This collaborative initiative was made possible through the active participation of our Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O), and PTA Officers led by PTA President Sir Jack Baroa, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) and the Barangay Tanod, headed by Barangay Captain Hon. Dixon C. Wakat.

During the activity, students' bags were inspected for prohibited items such as vapes, momma (betel nut), sharp objects, and other dangerous materials that may pose serious risks to the safety, well-being, and holistic development of our learners. Confiscated items were properly documented and handled in accordance with school policies.

This initiative serves as a reminder that maintaining a safe school is a shared responsibility. Through the continued cooperation of our learners, parents, school personnel, and community partners, we can foster a culture of discipline, responsibility, and respect that allows every student to learn and grow in a secure environment.

Together, let us continue building a safer school for every learner.
