Among their achievements were as follows:

The activity demonstrates and fosters the spirit of bayanihan, cooperation, and volunteerism among the officers, students, teachers, parents, and community members.
The CAT officers and Commandants would love to thank the principals, teachers, and school personnel of the respective schools who assisted, prepared foods, provided tools and equipment, and ensured the safety of the officers throughout the activity.

The program was steered by the emcee, C/MAJ Roselyn B Pa-ay, and opened with a prayer led by C/MAJ Saldy B Mathew. A nationalistic song by C/MAJ Shazny O Miguel followed, setting a tone of respect and pride from the very start.
In his opening remarks, Sir Nobel O Saclangan, CAT Commandant, spoke about what lies ahead for the cadetsโdiscipline, accountability, and the kind of leadership that is earned, not worn. A message from the PTA President, Sir Adam Bahingawan, delivered by Maโam Zyna Burgos, echoed the same support from the parents who continue to stand behind the program.
The pace shifted with the Silent Drill presentations. The 2nd Class Officers (incoming First Class Officers for S.Y. 2026โ2027) and the 3rd Class Officers (incoming 2nd Class Officers) took the floor with steady commandโeach movement sharp, measured, and in sync. It was a clear display of the training they had gone through and the discipline they now carry.
Ranks were first given to the 3rd Class Officers, marking their step forward within the corps. In between, the outgoing officers were called in for a surprise intermissionโbrief, but enough to draw both smiles and a sense of reflection from those who had seen them lead.
The giving of ranks to the 2nd Class Officers followed, this time joined by the attaching of patches by their parents. It was a quiet but telling momentโone that showed that behind every cadet stands a family who has seen the effort it took to get there.
The oathtaking was led by C/COL Gaila Anne D Tiwaken, outgoing Corps Commander, who reminded the newly donned officers that the rank they now wear reflects the work they have already put inโand the greater expectations that now come with it. More than anything, she reminded them that wearing the uniform is one thingโbut living up to it is another as she quoted "A man in uniform is nice to see, but inside the uniform is hard to be"-CCTO
This was followed by a message from Sir Nestor O Dalay-on, School Principal IV/Chief Commandant, who recognized the growth of the officers and the responsibility now placed on them.
To close the program, Sir Raindy P Anno, CAT Commandant, gave his final remarks, followed by a closing prayer led by the newly assigned Corps Commander.
Parents, faculty, and guests filled the venueโnot just as witnesses, but as part of the journey behind every cadet present that day.
To those who have been given new ranks, wear them well.

During the 2026 Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association (CARAA) Meet, the CAT CDT Officers of Benguet National High School rendered their manpower, time, and effort in support of the event.
Throughout the week, cadets were assigned to different areas including the Regional Office, Red Cross/Clinic, Sports Complex Gym, Aquatic Center, Athletic Field, Court, Kitchen, and Staging Area. Duties included crowd control, ambulance lane monitoring, first aid assistance, equipment hauling and setup, barrier maintenance, sanitation and waste segregation, food preparation assistance, delivery of water and refreshments to officials and first aid stations, and responding responding to requests from teachers and event personnel.
Though some areas had limited tasks at certain times, the corps remained on standby and willingly extended help where needed inside the campus.
On February 27, 2026, at the Benguet Sports Complex in Wangal, La Trinidad, the CAT CDT Officers of Benguet National High School were awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Department of Education โ Cordillera Administrative Region in appreciation of the invaluable support and services rendered during the CARAA Meet 2026.
We sincerely thank the organizers and administrators for this recognition. Though it was not an expectation to receive an award; as we had simply carried out our duties with the intention of helping and serving in any way we could. The BeNHS CAT is truly grateful for the trust given to our corps and for the opportunity to serve.

The Benguet National High School CAT officers and aspirants, in an activity conducted by the SK Wangal and in coordination with the CCDC ROTC, actively took part in a community clean-up drive.
