The jury included regional film advocate Julius Lumiqued, scriptwriter CV Altatis, cinematographer Dean Michael Cuanso, and underwater cinematographer Richard Cawed.

The festival also featured special screenings, including Mes De Guzman’s “Ang Daan Patungong Kalimugtong,” filmed in Lubas, La Trinidad. Actors Analyn Bangsi-il and Rhenuel Ordonio attended the talkback session.
