Cordilleran Crisamuel Delfin Bags 2 Golds, 1 Silver at World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation World Championships

Congratulations to Crisamuel Delfin for bringing pride to the Cordillera and the Philippines after winning two gold medals and one silver medal at the World Eskrima Kali Arnis Federation (WEKAF) World Championships, held in New Delhi, India, from August 1 to 4, 2026.

Delfin earned the following medals:

🥇 Gold – Padded Point (53kg Under)
🥇 Gold – Knife Point (53kg Under)
🥈 Silver – Non-Traditional Single Weapon

The Philippine team competed against athletes from 11 other countries, including India, Australia, the United States, China, the Netherlands, Réunion Island, Thailand, Germany, and Great Britain, showcasing the country's strength in the Filipino martial art of arnis on the world stage.

Crisamuel Delfin's outstanding achievement reflects the dedication, discipline, and fighting spirit of Cordilleran athletes while continuing the Philippines' proud tradition of excellence in Eskrima, Kali, and Arnis.

On July 18, 2026, our Red Cross Youth (RCY) and Senior Youth Volunteer (SYV) officers participated in the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training oganized by SK PICO, held at MDRRMC building, km5 Pico beside Pico brgy hall. The training equipped us with essential life-saving skills, including how to assess an emergency, perform CPR, choking, proper bandaging (cuts and burns), correct patient immobilization, transport techniques, arm slings and rigid splinting. Through the guidance of MDRRMO, we gained valuable knowledge and practical experience that will help us serve our school and community with confidence and compassion. ♥️
