OFFICIAL ADVISORY: SUSPENSION OF IN-PERSON CLASSES AND TRANSITION TO ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODALITIES ON AUGUST 5, 2026, WEDNESDAY

Please be advised of the following operational adjustments for tomorrow, August 5, 2026, Wednesday, due to the suspension of all face-to-face classes across all levels:

A. Instructional Delivery
All PNC and LTNLC faculty members and teachers are directed to facilitate continued learning through alternative modalities.

B. Synchronous and Asynchronous Options
Instructors may conduct online classes for major subjects, provided that both faculty and students have access to stable internet connectivity and electricity. Should these utilities be unavailable, teachers must provide asynchronous learning activities.

C. Compliance and Monitoring
The Academic Dean and the respective Department Principals are tasked with monitoring the implementation of these alternative learning measures to ensure institutional compliance.

D. Non-Teaching Personnel
Staff members are authorized to report for duty on campus, strictly on the condition that the weather permits and their commute is completely safe. Personnel who are unable to travel safely are advised to remain at home; alternative make-up work schedules for these individuals will be announced at a later date.
