We held the Exit Conference for our student trainees, and honestly? We couldn't be prouder. The goal was simple but tough: Get in there, see how things actually work, and use those "aha!" moments for their own business plans. ๐
Theyโve spent the last few weeks:
- Dealing with the unpredictability of daily operations in the food industry.
- Learning that a plan on paper looks a lot different than a plan in practice.
- Turning professional challenges into creative solutions.
๐ธ Moments from the field and Exit Conference
Swipe through to see them in their element! From the quiet focus of the production sites to the busy energy of their service sites, these photos capture the exact moment theory turned into experience.
To our trainees: Youโve survived the "trial by fire." Watching you take what you learned on-site to funnel it into your final business plans soon. You aren't just students anymoreโyouโre emerging professionals.
Congratulations on finishing your Entrepreneurship Integration! Now, letโs go build something great. ๐

Sharing the insights of Mr. Elvin Poski of VIN Food Products in Tublay, Benguet, from KMME Module 7, guided by esteemed mentor Atty. Kim Aranas, Lawyer and Certified Public Accountant, and Manager at the Tax Advisory and Compliance Division of P&A Cebu and Davao branches.
He emphasized that one of the most important lessons was the need to separate personal and business finances, enabling entrepreneurs to clearly track performance and make sound decisions.
