The school was awash in shades of purple as we marked National Women’s Month with a vibrant celebration – bringing together all internal and external stakeholders to honor the invaluable contributions of women in education and our community! 🌸

From teachers, staff, and learners to parents, SPTA officers, and local partners – everyone dressed in purple to show solidarity with the movement and recognize women’s role in shaping our future.

The day featured inspiring talks on women empowerment, student-led performances, and a special tribute to female leaders in our school and barangay. It was a powerful reminder that when women thrive, our community thrives too! 💪

📝 LOPE CORTES VALENTINA INTEGRATED SCHOOL (PROPOSED) SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTS DEPED EARLY REGISTRATION

✅ School Year 2026-2027 | Four Saturdays of Registration Drive

The proposed Lope Cortes Valentina Integrated School wrapped up its DepEd Early Registration campaign, held over four consecutive Saturdays – making it convenient for families to sign up their learners for the upcoming school year! 🎒

Our dedicated teachers led the initiative, guiding parents and guardians through the registration process, while SPTA (School Parent-Teacher Association) officers provided invaluable support in organizing queues, assisting with forms, and ensuring smooth operations each day.

The drive covered registration for all levels as we prepare to welcome learners to our soon-to-be fully operational integrated school. We’re grateful to every parent, guardian, and volunteer who joined us in this important step toward building our school community! 🌟

🛠️ NATIONAL TUPAD PROGRAM BRINGS COMMUNITY SUPPORT TO LOPE CORTES VALENTINA INTEGRATED SCHOOL (PROPOSED)

🗓️ March 19, 2026 | Barangay Valentina, La Paz, Agusan del Sur

The National Government’s TUPAD (Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers) Program was successfully implemented in the Municipality of La Paz – with beneficiaries from Barangay Valentina stepping up to carry out maintenance work at the proposed Lope Cortes Valentina Integrated School! 💪

In preparation for the end of School Year 2025-2026, the team tackled:
🪓 Brush cutting and grounds clearing
🧹 General school premise cleaning
🔧 Minor repair and upkeep of existing facilities

This initiative was made possible through the strong support of:

The TUPAD program not only provides livelihood opportunities to community members but also ensures our future integrated school is ready to welcome learners in optimal condition! A heartfelt thank you to all beneficiaries and local leaders for their dedication to our school and community! 🙏

📌 TUPAD is a livelihood program under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) aimed at providing temporary employment to qualified workers.

📊 MUNICIPALITY OF LA PAZ AGUSAN DEL SUR CONDUCTS SGHG ASSESSMENT AT LOPE CORTES VALENTINA INTEGRATED SCHOOL (PROPOSED)

🗓️ March 12, 2026 | Lope Cortes Valentina Integrated School (Proposed)

The Municipal Government of La Paz, through its Rural Health Unit (RHU), led the conduct of the Seal of Good Health Governance (SGHG) assessment for the school category at our proposed integrated school! 🏥📚

The SGHG program evaluates health and sanitation practices in schools to ensure safe, healthy learning environments for students and staff. During the assessment, the team checked:
✅ School health services and facilities
✅ Sanitation and hygiene protocols
✅ Nutrition and wellness programs
✅ Compliance with local health standards

This initiative reinforces our commitment to prioritizing learner well-being as we work towards establishing Lope Cortes Valentina as a fully operational integrated school. A big thank you to the La Paz RHU team and school stakeholders for their active participation! 🙏

📢 DEPED CARAGA CONDUCTS OCULAR INSPECTION FOR LOPE CORTES VALENTINA IS DEVELOPMENT

Purok 4 Valentina La Paz Agusan del Sur

The Department of Education (DepEd) Caraga Region recently visited our school to conduct an ocular inspection for its proposed conversion/expansion from an elementary school to a full integrated school! ✨

The team assessed key facilities:
🏫 Existing classrooms
🔬 Laboratory and library spaces
⚽ Sports grounds
🛡️ Safety and compliance standards

They also met with school leaders, teachers, and local stakeholders to talk about project timelines, requirements, and how our community can support this initiative.

This move is part of DepEd’s commitment to giving learners seamless access to quality education from elementary to junior high school right in their own neighborhood! 💪
