Incoming SSLG President AIKEN YURICK C. LUMDANG has been elected as the Division Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) Federation Treasurer for the School Year 2026–2027 during the virtual Division SSLG Federation Election held on March 24, 2026.
The election was attended by SSLG Presidents from various secondary schools across the province, who participated in the online voting to choose the new set of federation officers. Lumdang earned the trust and support of fellow student leaders, securing the position of treasurer for the upcoming school year.
As the newly elected Division SSLG Federation Treasurer, Lumdang will help manage the federation’s financial matters and support programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening student leadership and participation across schools in the division.

His election marks another milestone in student leadership, reflecting the confidence of student leaders in his ability to serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication. The school community proudly congratulates Lumdang and wishes him success as he assumes this important role in the Division SSLG Federation. 🎉

The SSLG conducted a simple yet joyful Pre-Valentine celebration right after the flag ceremony, where students and teachers came dressed in their Valentine-themed outfits. The program featured the awarding of the Best Valentine Outfit (Single Category) and the Sweetest Couple during the dance, with winners receiving Valentine cakes and cash prizes. Teachers also enjoyed a special photo opportunity to showcase their valentine attire.

Adding to the excitement, students expressed their heartfelt messages to friends, teachers, and special someone through the SSLG Love Message Booth. The celebration was made even sweeter through the generous sponsorship of Valentine cakes by Ma’am Roda Beñas Bergonia, whose support helped make the activity a meaningful and memorable event for the Bernos High community.
