Reflecting on the journey, reconnecting as one, and rekindling the excellence of leadership ๐Ÿ’œ

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of La Paz National High School successfully conducted the SSLG Program Implementation Review (PIR) and Team-Building Activity (TBA) 2025 with the theme โ€œReflect, Reconnect, Rekindle Leadership Excellence,โ€ that was held last December 16, 2025, at Farmbukid Resort, La Cardidad, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The PIR allowed the officers to reflect on the implemented programs, recognize milestones, and identify areas for growth; while the TBA strengthened camaraderie and unity among them.

The celebration was highlighted by a Salo-Salo and Exchanging of Gifts, fostering gratitude, joy, and stronger bonds within the SSLG family.

The success of this activity would not have been possible without the unwavering support of the school administration, the parents and/or guardians of the SSLG officers for their trust and encouragement, and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of La Paz for the invaluable transportation assistance. With the continued support of these partners, the SSLG remains inspired to lead with purpose.

More than a simple gathering, it reaffirmed the values of teamwork, accountability, and service-driven leadershipโ€”reminding every officer that strong leadership begins with reflection, is sustained through connection, and is renewed by a shared commitment to excellence. โœจ

Hope shared, love given, and smiles spread this Christmas season๐ŸŽ„โœจ

The Pamaskong Handog 2025: La Paz National High School Outreach Program - through the initiative and effort of the schoolโ€™s Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Campus Journalism (Daloy Adgawan and The Kaliga Quill), and Project LEAP (Literacy Enhancement and Advancement Program) - was successfully conducted last December 16, 2025, at Ma. Alave Insular Elementary School, Kiandag, La Paz, Agusan del Sur.

Anchored on the theme โ€œHope in Every Gift, Love in Every Season,โ€ the activity embodied the true spirit of Christmas through service and sharing.

This meaningful outreach program was made possible through the strong support and cooperation of the Grade Level Coordinators, Class Advisers, the entire student body of La Paz National High School, and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of La Paz whose generosity and commitment turned the program into a success.

The activity featured the distribution of hygiene kits and snacks, engaging reading sessions, and fun-filled parlor games that brought joy, laughter, and meaningful learning experiences to the children.

More than the gifts, the program shared hope, care, and genuine connectionโ€”reminding everyone that even the simplest acts of kindness can make a lasting impact.

Pamaskong Handog 2025 stands as a testament that when hearts come together to serve, hope is felt and love is lived in every season. ๐Ÿ’œ

Service Beyond the Classroom, Leadership Beyond the Title ๐Ÿ’œ

Princess Alyeka H. Japay and Red Paul H. Jongko, SSLG Officers of La Paz National High School and District Federated SSLG Officers of La Paz, together with their SSLG Adviser, Maโ€™am Mae Albert L. Sevilla, actively took part in the Mahagsay Childrenโ€™s Month 2025 Celebration cm Division Federated SSLG Outreach held last December 15, 2025, at Kiawan Elementary School, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

Highlighting the theme, โ€œA Season of Giving and Sharing,โ€ the activity was a meaningful expression of youth leadership and social responsibility, aimed at uplifting the lives of children and strengthening community partnerships.

The outreach featured gift-giving activities that brought joy and excitement to the young beneficiaries, a medical mission that promoted health and well-being, and free haircut services generously provided by the partners in the Local Government Unit of Loreto.

Through this collaborative effort, the SSLG officers demonstrated compassion, unity, and a strong commitment to serviceโ€”values that define true student leadership. The success of the activity reflects the power of working together for a common purpose: to serve with heart, inspire hope, and make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Indeed, when leaders serve, communities grow stronger. โœจ
