During Silent Week:

🤫 Minimize unnecessary noise not related to school task & requirements
📖 Use your free time to review and prepare

👁️ HEALTH REMINDER | Viral Conjunctivitis (Sore Eyes) Prevention 👀
The health and safety of every PNHS learner and personnel remain our priority.

To help prevent the spread of viral conjunctivitis (sore eyes), please observe the following:

✅ Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
✅ Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes.
✅ Do not share towels, handkerchiefs, pillows, eye drops, cosmetics, or other personal items.
✅ Cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, and wash your hands afterward.
✅ Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
✅ If you experience eye redness, itching, excessive tearing, swelling, or eye discharge, stay at home and seek medical consultation.
✅ Avoid close contact with others until symptoms improve to help prevent transmission.

📢 ADVISORY | NO CLASSES

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 50, Series of 2026, classes at all levels in the Province of Negros Oriental are SUSPENDED on Friday, August 7, 2026, due to the reported increase in cases of Conjunctivitis (Sore Eyes), upon the recommendation of the Integrated Provincial Health Office.

Pacuan National High School enjoins everyone to prioritize their health and safety by observing proper hygiene and preventive health measures.

🧼 Wash your hands frequently.
👁️ Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes.
🤝 Do not share personal items.
🏠 Stay at home if you have symptoms.
😷 Wear a face mask when necessary.

With immense pride and gratitude, we celebrate the outstanding performance of our 133 PNHS student-athletes during the La Libertad Municipal Selection Meet 2026, held on August 1–2, 2026.

From the track, courts, fields, and dance floor, our athletes showcased not only their talent but also their discipline, determination, teamwork, and unwavering PNHS spirit. To our Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists, congratulations on your remarkable achievements! And to every athlete who proudly wore the PNHS colors, thank you for giving your all. You have brought honor and pride to our school.

To our NORAA qualifiers, continue to dream big, train harder, and represent Pacuan National High School with excellence and humility. We are behind you every step of the way!
