SGC Regular Meeting & Strategic Planning

Yubo Elementary School successfully conducted its School Governing Council (SGC) meeting, led by School Head Maam Marifel D. Occeña, Principal I, together with the dedicated SGC officers, to strengthen school programs and enhance learner safety.

📣📣Key Highlights & Agenda: 📣📣

👉SGC Restructuring & Assessment: Reviewing council structure and aligning monitoring tools to ensure smooth implementation of school initiatives.

👉Program & Project Planning: Mapping out upcoming projects aimed at improving school facilities and learner welfare.

👉Provision of a Day Security Guard: A major milestone secured through the efforts of SGC President Mrs. Danive O. Mondejar, with the strong support of Mr. Dennis Valencia, ensuring a safer learning environment for all students and staff.

Ikinagagalak ng Yubo Elementary School na pormal nang buksan ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika ngayong taon na may temang:

"Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon"

Ang matagumpay na pambukas na programa ay pinangunahan ng ating masipag na Koordinator sa Wikang Filipino, Gng. Juvy J. Orcana, kasama ang buong suporta ng ating mahal na punong-guro Bb. Marifel D. Occeña.

Puno ng sigla at talento ang ipinakita ng ating mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng natatanging mga presentasyon tulad ng Sabayang Pagbigkas at pagbigkas ng Tula.

Today marks an empowering new chapter at Yubo Elementary School as we officially kick off the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program!

Led by our visionary School Head, Maam Marifel D. Occeña, alongside with our dedicated and passionate teachers led by Mr. Ristie Domingo Marfil as School ARAL Coordinator, this initiative is focused on bridging learning gaps, strengthening foundational skills like numeracy and literacy, and giving every pupil the tailored support they deserve.

We believe that every child can succeed when given the right tools, encouragement, and guidance.
Through the ARAL Program, we are reaffirming our commitment that no Yubo learner gets left behind!

Yubo Elementary School extends its sincerest gratitude to Rev. Fr. Samuel Balboa of St. Vincent Ferrer Parish – Brgy. La Granja for celebrating the Holy Mass at our school on July 30, 2026.

Your inspiring message of faith, hope, and service reminded us of God's unfailing love and strengthened our commitment to nurture not only the minds but also the hearts of our learners.

We are also deeply grateful for your generous donation of ₱5,000 in support of our school project. Today, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to Gideons International–Bacolod, represented by Brother Thor Montilla Familiaran, President / Leader of the Gideons International Bacolod Camp and assisted by Hon. Councilor Joseph Martin "Jojo" Jalandoni for your generosity and commitment to sharing God's Word.

On July 27, 2026, our Grade 5 and Grade 6 pupils of Yubo Elementary School were blessed to receive copies of the Holy Bible. Your kindness has planted seeds of faith, hope, wisdom, and love in the hearts of our learners. May these Bibles serve as a guide as they grow in knowledge, character, and their relationship with God.
