ANNOUNCEMENT | Stand Up, Speak Out: No to Anti-Bullying Advocacy Launch & Induction Program

Please refer to the attached image for the official schedule and program flow of our Stand Up, Speak Out: No to Anti-Bullying Advocacy Launch & Induction Program, which will be held at La Granja National High School.

We encourage all students, faculty members, student organization officers, club officers, and SSLG officers to familiarize themselves with the activities prepared for this meaningful event.

This year's program features the PEACE (POWERING EMPATHY, ACCEPTANCE and CONNECT EVERYDAY) Implementation, the Formal Induction of Student Organization Officers, the Unity Song, the PEACE Song and Raising of the Anti-Bullying Campaign Banner, the Unified Anti-Bullying Pledge, the Stand Up, Speak Out Advocacy Pledge, the Commitment Board Signing, and the Distribution of Anti-Bullying Slogans—all aimed at strengthening our commitment to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

As part of the celebration, our school will also participate in the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in Commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award. This observance reminds us that the Philippines continues to uphold its rights through peaceful means, respect for international law, unity, and patriotism. It is a fitting reminder that standing up for what is right—whether for our nation or for one another—begins with courage, respect, and responsible action.

Together, let us live out the core message of our advocacy:

In full compliance with the directives in Regional Memorandum No. 509, s. 2026, La Granja National High School successfully implemented the PEACE (Powering Empathy, Acceptance, and Connection Every Day) Films program during the Opening Block activities for School Year 2026–2027!

From June 8 to 10, 2026, students from both Junior High School and Senior High School participated in the film viewings safely within their respective classrooms. Rather than mass gatherings, the sessions were kept localized to individual classrooms to ensure a focused, learner-friendly environment. Teachers facilitated the sessions using structured pre- and post-viewing tasks—including individual plot mapping, character analysis charts, and quiet reflective writing—all aimed at promoting empathy, acceptance, and a bullying-free atmosphere.

To conclude the block, learners across both Junior and Senior High levels stood in their respective classrooms on June 11, 2026, to recite the Anti-Bullying Pledge, solidifying their personal commitment to keeping our school a safe and respectful space.

These classroom-based activities successfully helped our students develop deeper social awareness and build positive relationships among peers.

Together, we continue to build a caring, inclusive, and peaceful La Granja National High School!
