CITY OF KORONADAL — GVC President Atty Rj Sustiguer participated in the public consultation for minimum wage determination held yesterday September 15, 2026 at the Paraiso Verde, City of Koronadal.

Atty Rj, who currently sits as one of them members of Wage Board XII, delivered the closing message: “We are grateful because here in our Region we are able to walk hand in hand (Hawak Kamay) in our journey to progress and development.”

CITY OF KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO — GVC President Atty Rj Sustiguer, EdD PhD moderates Focus Group Discussion during the Region XII leg of Legislihear Consultation organized by House of Representatives led by Speaker Bodjie Dy and Senior Deputy Speaker Atty. Ferdinand Hernandez.

Around 30 participants coming from the different puroks, CSOs and business sector of the City of Koronadal attended the FGD which was held today September 12, 2026 at the KCES 1 (Koronadal Pilot Elementary School).

Atty Rj shares, “The FGD opened the opportunity for participants to share their insights on how to better improve the Ease of Doing Business and eBOSS program of the government, as well as Civil Society Participation and the Burial Assistance Program for Brgy Officials. Definitely, this is a welcome development for people who can now democratically participate in strengthening existing policies and program implementation.”

LOOK | Atty. RJ Sustiguer Joins Wage Board XII Public Consultation on Minimum Wage Determination

KIDAPAWAN CITY, COTABATO PROVINCE — Green Valley College President and Wage Board XII Management Sector Representative Atty. RJ Sustiguer, EdD PhD participated in the Public Consultation on Minimum Wage Determination held today, August 28, 2026 (Friday) at the AJ Hi-Time Hotel, Kidapawan City, Cotabato Province.

The consultation brought together around 160 representatives from the labor sector, management, government agencies, and other stakeholders to gather insights and recommendations that will help guide the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board XII in determining a fair, responsive, and inclusive wage policy.

As a representative of the management sector, Atty. RJ Sustiguer emphasized the importance of meaningful social dialogue and active stakeholder participation in shaping policies that promote both worker welfare and sustainable economic growth.

⚖️ IBP NATIONAL SYNCHRONIZED JAIL DECONGESTION ACTIVITY ⚖️

In line with its continuing commitment to accessible justice, legal service, and the protection of the rights of persons deprived of liberty, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – South Cotabato–General Santos City Chapter, in coordination with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and the Regional Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Region 12, will conduct a Legal Aid Caravan and Jail Visitation.
