The KFCI Criminology Program successfully deployed the criminology interns to various partner agencies: South Cotabato Police Provincial Office, South Cotabato Rehabilitation and Detention Center, Tantangan Municipal Police Station and Tantangan Fire Station.

This milestone marks the beginning of their hands-on learning journey in the field of criminology.

LOOK|| Water Survival Activity

The Second-Year Criminology students of KFCI successfully conducted their Water Survival Activity on November 8, 2025 at Lagos Farm Resort under the supervision of Mr. Paul Vincent M. Embollano, RCrim, together with co-instructors Mr. James T. Cariño, RCrim and Ms. Elaine Love S. Serdoncillo, RCrim with the support of the CIU officers.

The activity included a lecture on basic swimming and water safety, followed by practical demonstrations on proper breathing, thumb interlock position, kick of the wall, gliding, dolphin kick, flatter kick, free style and breaststroke. This initiative aims to equip Criminology students with essential water safety and survival skills vital for enhancing their swimming ability, safety awareness and preparedness as aspiring law enforcers.

LOOK|| Donning of Ranks and Badge of Honor Ceremony

A day of pride and fulfillment for the Criminology Intern Batch “SINAG-KAWAL” as they officially donned their ranks and received their badges on October 7, 2025 at the KFCI Gymnasium. The event was graced by the presence of our Guest Speaker, PCPT Celso W. Murillo Jr. of SCPPO, who delivered an inspiring message that motivated the interns.

The ceremony was filled with heartfelt emotions as parents proudly placed the ranks on their children’s shoulders and pinned the badges, symbolizing the beginning of the interns responsibilities. It was a touching moment that showcased the love, support and pride of the parents for their children, who are now embarking on a new chapter in their criminology journey.

The Criminology Program extends its warmest congratulations to Batch “SINAG-KAWAL” CL. 05-26, for this well-deserved recognition.

LOOK|| The KFCI Criminology Program successfully held its Criminology Acceptance and Spartan Challenge on September 11 and 12, 2025, with the theme “Acceptance Marks the Beginning, Challenge Shapes the Future”. The event began with an inspiring message from Patrolwoman Shiella Mae M. Magbanua, RCrim. of the South Cotabato Provincial Forensic Unit. Her message inspired and motivated the first year criminology students to embark on their academic journey with determination and discipline.

Throughout the event, first year students were supported by their dedicated instructors, Ma’am Elaine Love S. Serdoncillo, RCrim, Sir Paul Vincent M. Embollano, RCrim and Sir James T. Cariño, RCrim along with CIU officers who guided and encouraged them during each activity.

The students actively participated in various training exercises, including commando crawl, obstacle course and lectures on basic courtesy and discipline, leadership, command and training. These activities not only tested their physical strength and endurance but also helped to develop their character, discipline and teamwork.

The Acceptance and Spartan Challenge proved to be more than just a physical test, it became a meaningful experience where students learned that acceptance is only the beginning, it is through challenges that their future as criminologists will truly be shaped.

LOOK|| INSTILLING PATRIOTISM AND NATIONALISM IN FUTURE GENERATIONS

On August 15, 2025 at 0730H, the KFCI Criminology Program conducted a Basic Military Drill and Exercises at Notre Dame of San Jose, Inc. This activity was part of the school's Citizenship Training Program (CTP).

With the support of their dedicated instructors, Sir Paul Vincent M. Embollano, RCrim and Sir James T. Cariño, RCrim, along with the Criminology Intern Unit officers, they shared their knowledge with the Grade 9 and Grade 10 students of Notre Dame of San Jose, Inc. The aim was to help students understand the significance of military commands and basic formations in military training.

Programs like this not only teach young students the values of discipline, leadership and command but also encourage them to apply these principles in their daily lives.

The KFCI Criminology Program is committed to serving the community and setting an example for future generations.

With hearts full of compassion and a spirit of service, the KFCI Criminology students proudly participated in the Blood Letting Activity held at the South Cotabato Police Provincial Office, Koronadal City, last Monday, August 11, 2025.

Today, August 11, 2025 - With pride and patriotism, KFCI Criminology students led their first Flag-Raising Ceremony at the KFCI grounds.

On behalf of the Criminology instructors and the Administration of Korbel Foundation College, Inc., we wish all CLE takers good luck and a successful examination. May God provide you with guidance and wisdom as you take the exam.
