Green Valley College is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Finance Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and supporting other essential functions within the finance office.

Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field
- Proven experience in managing accounts receivable
- Knowledge of finance office operations and procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely collections
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with college policies
- Support day-to-day operations of the finance office, including filing, record-keeping, and other administrative duties
- Assist with budget preparation, audits, and other financial tasks as needed
- Perform any other related duties assigned by the Finance Department

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
