In celebrating the 49𝙩𝙝 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙥𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙖 - 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨 (𝙐𝙋𝙈-𝙎𝙃𝙎), the UPM-SHS Extension Campus in South Cotabato, is proud to be in partnership with the South Cotabato Provincial Hospital (SCPH) Blood Bank, spearheaded a meaningful and life-saving bloodletting activity on April 30, 2025, at UPM-SHS-ECSC, Carpenter Hill, City of Koronadal. This initiative aimed not only to help address the urgent need for safe blood within Province of South Cotabato but also embodies the spirit of public service and compassion that every Iskolar ng Bayan upholds.

Through the collective effort of our students, faculty & staff, medical health practitioners, and dedicated donors, we are proud to announced that 54 successful blood donors voluntarily participated in this noble cause — each contributing to the hope and provides healing touch to patient’s need.
This event stands as a powerful reminder that even a single act of generosity, like donating blood, can surely save a life.

𝙽𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 29, 2024 || 𝙃𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨-𝙤𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣!

Our BS Nursing Batch 6 students, faculty, and staff, in collaboration with CHO personnel, participated in a 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 focusing on a vehicular accident scenario.

This activity served as a return demonstration, allowing participants to showcase their skills and reinforce their knowledge in a realistic, controlled environment. It emphasized the importance of teamwork, quick response, and life-saving techniques during emergencies.

While this was only a simulation for learning purposes, the dedication and effort shown reflect our shared commitment to preparedness and excellence in patient care.

The Basic Life Support - Standard First Aid Training for Healthcare Providers was a remarkable event uniting the 6BS-Nursing Batch 6 students, faculty and staff, as well as CHO personnel in an intensive and hands-on training session. Held at the CHO-Conference Room in Koronadal City, South Cotabato, this program emphasized the importance of quick, effective responses during medical emergencies. 🚑

Through the expertise and guidance of our dedicated trainers, participants honed their abilities to provide CPR, manage airway obstructions, and handle critical situations with confidence and care. These skills are not just tools—they are the foundation of saving lives.

A heartfelt thank you to the trainers for their invaluable efforts and to LGU Koronadal for their continuous support and commitment to fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience in our community. Together, we are stronger, safer, and ready to make a difference.
