Sergio L. Legayada National High School (SLLNHS) proudly congratulates its outstanding student leaders, Arianne Baylon and Rennor Pamplona, for their successful election as officials of the Provincial Federation of Junior Officials of South Cotabato.

Representing the Municipality of Norala, Arianne Baylon was elected as Little Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer, while Rennor Pamplona was elected as Little Provincial Population Officer. Their election reflects their dedication, leadership potential, and commitment to serving the youth and community.

Arianne and Rennor proudly represented Norala as Little Mayor and Little Vice Mayor, respectively, demonstrating their confidence, responsibility, and ability to work with fellow young leaders across the province. The competition showcased the learners’ knowledge, creativity, and commitment to promoting disaster preparedness, risk reduction, and community resilience through various categories, including the DRRM Quiz Bee, Slogan Making Contest, and Poster Making Contest.

In the DRRM Quiz Bee, the SLLNHS participant demonstrated an impressive understanding of disaster preparedness, prevention, mitigation, response, and recovery. The learner’s performance reflected not only academic excellence but also a strong awareness of the importance of being prepared for disasters and emergencies.

Meanwhile, the Slogan Making Contest provided learners with an opportunity to express their advocacy for disaster resilience through powerful and meaningful words.
