ยท The event is open to all bona fide KNCHS Senior High School students.
ยท Each team must be composed of exactly five (5) members, regardless of section.
ยท The competition will have two (2) separate categories: Grade 11 & Grade 12.
ยท Only the first five (5) teams to register in each category will be qualified to participate in the hunt.
ยท A substitute may be allowed before the contest day if a team member has a valid reason for being unable to participate. However, no substitutions will be allowed once the contest has officially started on the contest date.

ยท Teams must locate hidden ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ ๐ง๐ผ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป๐ and solve the riddles or challenges placed throughout the designated quadrangle area of the school campus.

ยท All participants must arrive at the designated venue before the official start of the hunt. ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ต๐๐ป๐ ๐๐ป๐น๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ฒ (๐ฑ) ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐.

ยท ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐ฑ: After the search period, teams will have ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ (๐ฏ๐ฌ) ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฒ๐ to answer the questions or complete the challenges associated with the collected STEM Tokens.
ยท ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Teams must return to the designated ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ/๐๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ before the 60-minute search window ends.
ยท A ๐ณ๐ถ๐๐ฒ (๐ฑ)-๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป will be applied for every five (5) minutes of delay after the official end of the search period.
ยท The official time of return will be determined by the ๐๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐น๐.
ยท Teams that have not completed the required collection within the search window must still return to the ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ/๐๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ when the official time expires.
ยท Failure to return to the Base/Finish Line after the official whistle may result in additional penalties or disqualification, subject to the decision of the ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ.

ยท Participants must remain strictly within the designated ๐พ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐น๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐ผ๐น ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฝ๐๐ throughout the activity.
ยท Participants are strictly prohibited from entering ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ-๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐, including the Faculty Room, Principalโs Office, ongoing classes, laboratories, and other restricted areas, unless specifically designated as part of the hunt.
ยท Entering a restricted area will result in the ๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป of the entire team.

ยท Each team must locate and collect a total of ๐๐ฒ๐ป (๐ญ๐ฌ) ๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ ๐ง๐ผ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐น๐๐ฏ ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ผ.
ยท Teams may only collect tokens assigned to their designated team color.
ยท Taking, hiding, moving, damaging, or tampering with another teamโs tokens or clues is strictly prohibited.
ยท Any team found deliberately interfering with another teamโs progress may be ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ฑ, subject to the decision of the Scavenger Hunt Committee.

ยท The clues and challenges may involve ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐, ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐บ๐, ๐ฃ๐ต๐๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐๐น๐ฎ๐, ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, and other Science-related concepts.
ยท Teams must record their answers and solutions on their designated ๐ฆ๐ผ๐น๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ๐.
ยท The Solution Sheet must be submitted or presented at the Finish Line for verification.
ยท Teams must be able to demonstrate that the required problems or riddles were solved by their members during the activity.

ยท The scavenger hunt is a ๐ป๐ผ๐ป-๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐. Physical contact intended to obstruct, intimidate, or interfere with another team is prohibited.
ยท Participants must not push, block, or deliberately obstruct other teams.
ยท Hiding, removing, damaging, or tampering with clues or tokens belonging to another team is prohibited.
ยท Participants must not damage school property, including plants, furniture, fixtures, equipment, or other school facilities, while searching for clues or tokens.
ยท Participants are expected to uphold the ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐๐ฒ๐ฑ โ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ปโ ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ by keeping the school environment clean and respecting school property.
ยท Violations may result in ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐พ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป, depending on the severity of the offense.

ยท Event Marshals are responsible for monitoring participating teams and ensuring that the rules are properly followed.
ยท The ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฒ will verify the collected tokens, Solution Sheets, completion time, and compliance with the event guidelines.
ยท Decisions made by the Event Marshals and Scavenger Hunt Committee regarding rule violations, penalties, and scoring shall be ๐ณ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ.
