📢 OFFICIAL SCHOOL ADVISORY: IMPLEMENTATION OF CAMPUS SECURITY AND VISITOR CONTROL POLICY
Isang ligtas at mapagpalang araw sa ating buong komunidad! In line with Department of Education (DepEd) mandates, specifically DepEd Order No. 40, s. 2012 (Child Protection Policy) and DepEd Order No. 006, s. 2026, DepEd RXII Koronadal Central Elementary School II is strictly reinforcing our Campus Security Guidelines effective immediately.
Our main priority is to maintain a safe, secure, and distraction-free environment where our learners can focus fully on their lessons.
We highly enjoin all parents, guardians, and visitors to strictly comply with the following entry protocols:🛑 STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE CAMPUS:
âś– Loitering, waiting, or standing outside classroom doors, windows, and corridors during class hours.
âś– Staying, eating, or loitering inside the School premises and in the canteen.
✖ Direct entry to faculty rooms or classrooms without an approved appointment or visitor’s pass.
🟢 APPROVED ENTRY & TRANSITION PROTOCOLS:
âś” Designated Waiting Areas: Drop-offs and pick-ups must strictly be done at the designated gates or waiting zones.
âś” For Kindergarten & Grade 1 Parents: You are permitted to es**rt your child directly to their classroom door to help them adjust. However, IMMEDIATELY after drop-off, you must proceed directly to the designated waiting area or exit the campus. Standing by windows or hallways worsens separation anxiety and distracts the class.
✔ Official Business & Appointments: Entry for transactions (documents or pre-arranged teacher meetings) requires signing the security logbook and surrendering a valid ID in exchange for a Visitor’s Pass.
✔ Learners with Special Needs (SNED): Parents requiring extended stay for physical or behavioral assistance must secure an approved "Special Entry Request and Waiver Form" from the Principal’s Office.
Ang ligtas na paaralan ay bunga ng pagtutulungan ng pamunuan, mga g**o, at mga magulang. Let us give our teachers the space to teach, and our children the quiet environment they need to learn.Thank you very much for your continuous cooperation and support!— SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION & THE GENERAL PTA (GPTA)
