The CMC Center for Scholarship and Aid announces the opening of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Application for Academic Year 2026–2027. All currently enrolled and qualified college students are encouraged to submit their applications through the official online form.

Applicants must be Filipino citizens, currently enrolled at Central Mindanao Colleges, pursuing their first undergraduate degree, within the allowed residency period, and not receiving another government scholarship or financial assistance program.

Priority will be given to qualified students covered by DSWD Listahanan or 4Ps, as applicable, including eligible dependents of solo parents, members of Indigenous Cultural Communities or Indigenous Peoples, and Persons with Disabilities, subject to UniFAST guidelines.

The Center for Scholarship and Aid (CSA) of Central Mindanao Colleges (CMC) continues to transform lives through the implementation of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and the Tulong-Dunong Program (TDP), reaffirming its commitment to making quality higher education more accessible, inclusive, and life-changing for every deserving CMC Lion.

On July 2, 2026, qualified TES and TDP beneficiaries will receive their financial assistance during the scheduled disbursement at the CMC Students' Activity Center. The initiative reflects the College's steadfast commitment to student success by ensuring that financial challenges never become barriers to academic achievement and personal growth.

Administered by the Center for Scholarship and Aid, the disbursement process is guided by the principles of efficiency, transparency, and accountability. Qualified beneficiaries are encouraged to comply with the prescribed documentary requirements to facilitate the orderly release of their educational assistance.

More than financial support, the TES and TDP programs represent an investment in human potential. They empower students to focus on learning, pursue excellence, complete their degrees, and prepare themselves to become competent professionals, ethical leaders, and responsible citizens who will contribute to the development of their communities and the nation.

This initiative also advances the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting SDG 1: No Poverty, SDG 4: Quality Education, SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, demonstrating how collaborative efforts between the government and educational institutions create meaningful opportunities that uplift lives through education.

The program commenced with a welcome message, followed by an inspiring testimony from a TES beneficiary who shared how the financial assistance had eased the burden of educational expenses and strengthened their resolve to pursue academic goals with greater determination and hope.

The highlight of the event was the ceremonial distribution of TES financial assistance, symbolizing the shared commitment of the government, through 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗 and 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧, to ensure that quality tertiary education remains accessible to deserving Filipino students regardless of their socio-economic circumstances.
