In consideration of the forthcoming BARMM Election and to provide members of the University community who are qualified voters with sufficient opportunity to exercise their right to vote, the following arrangements shall be implemented on Monday, September 14, 2026:

All classes for secondary (ULS) and tertiary (Colleges) students shall be conducted asynchronously on September 14, 2026.

All faculty members shall observe the Work-from-Home (WFH) scheme on the said date.

Non-teaching personnel who will be participating in the election may avail themselves of the Work-from-Home arrangement on September 14, 2026, provided that they give prior notice to and secure the approval of their respective immediate supervisors.

Non-teaching personnel who are not participating in the voting activity shall perform their regular on-site work schedule on September 14, 2026.

▪ Second Offense – Suspension for three (3) days

All students are strongly encouraged to observe the prescribed school uniform and comply with the university’s dress code policy. Immediate and strict compliance is expected from everyone.
