These studies dive into the social scripts we follow, the norms we inherit, and the biases we barely notice… until someone bravely asks, “𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘩𝘺, 𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩?”

Behind every “I can do it” is a person or someone struggling silently, trying to stay strong while feeling overwhelmed inside. We should always remember to acknowledge our limits, understand our emotions, and allow ourselves to rest when we need to. This month is not only about awareness as being aware is more than just knowing—it’s about taking action and showing care. Mental health awareness is also about understanding, supporting, and caring for the emotional and psychological well-being of every person. Everyday should be a mental health awareness day.

Let’s normalize:
✅ Listening without judgment.
✅ Encouraging others to reach out for professional help.
✅ Practicing self-care and mindfulness.

Let’s build a healthy mind and a healthy community as a reminder that we should also take care of our mental health like how we also care for our body. We can take steps by breaking the stigma, create a group that listens, supports, and cares. Be kind—to others and to yourself. You never know what someone’s going through.
