Since antiquity, Christian tradition has recognized the sacred order of the heavenly host, with the Archangels occupying a prominent realm in the divine hierarchy.

Today, we joyfully celebrate the Feast of the Three Archangels: Saint Michael, Saint Gabriel, and Saint Raphael. Created by God at the dawn of time to serve as His faithful messengers and servants, these spiritual beings play vital roles in the history of salvation.

As we honor them today, let us invoke their powerful presence:

St. Michael, to protect us and defend us from harm.

St. Raphael, to bring God's restoration and divine healing.

St. Gabriel, to guide us in courageously sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Through their powerful intercession, may we experience God's guidance and grace in every season of life. Let us pray:

“Heavenly King, You have blessed our earthly pilgrimage with the guardianship of Your holy archangels. Saint Michael, our defender, come to our aid and protect our loved ones from all danger. Saint Gabriel, messenger of Truth, open our hearts to clearly hear Your voice and proclaim Your Word. Saint Raphael, divine healer, lift our prayers for healing to Your throne of grace and bring forth the gift of recovery. Help us, Lord, to recognize the reality of Your archangels and their loving desire to serve us. Holy angels, pray for us. Amen.”

Last September 25, 2026, the St. Mary Magdalene School (Parochial), Inc. Learning Team, together with the Library Services, conducted the celebration of National Literacy and Science Month.

Selected Magdalenean students actively participated in various engaging and meaningful activities, including Creative Storytelling, Literary Monologue, Science 4 Pics 1 Word, Book Character Day, Book Recommendation Wall, Educational Book Donation Drive, Essay Writing Contest, and Science Photo Contest.

Through these activities, our students were given opportunities to express their creativity, strengthen their love for reading and learning, and discover the exciting connection between literacy and science.

Indeed, every story inspires, every idea matters, and every discovery opens a new world of possibilities.
