The Jose Rizal Memorial State Universityโ€“Katipunan Campus ROTC Unit took part in a Simultaneous RESCOM, PA-WIDE 10th BLOOD DONATION ACTIVITY in connection with 43rd RESCOM, PA Founding Anniversary, with the theme ''๐€๐๐† ๐ˆ๐๐˜๐Ž๐๐† ๐Œ๐€๐“๐€๐“๐€๐† ๐๐€ ๐“๐€๐†๐€๐๐€๐†-๐๐”๐Ž ๐๐† ๐‹๐€๐€๐๐† ๐Š๐€๐–๐€๐‹'' held at JRMSU Dipolog Campus, symbolizing a sincere act of service from modern-day heroes dedicated to protecting the health and welfare of the community.

At 150700, August 2026, the Advance ROTC officers of JRMSU Katipunan Campus ROTC Unit, joined the Simultaneous RESCOM, PA-Wide 10th Blood Donation Activity in connection with 43rd RESCOM, PA Founding Anniversary. The activity was conducted under the supervision of CPT ROLAN L EBILLO NC (RES), ROTC COMMANDANT together with Ssg Benjie V Facinabao (MI) PA, Admin NCO of the JRMSU Katipunan Campus ROTC Unit.

Prior to the donation process, all participating officers underwent medical screening and physical health assessment to confirm their eligibility and ensure that the activity would be conducted safely and properly.

The activity served as a testament to the unity, commitment, and spirit of volunteerism shared by the Advance ROTC Officers and the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Through this initiative, the participants demonstrated that serving the nation can also be expressed through humanitarian actions, proving that true heroism lies in extending help and compassion to those in need while strengthening community solidarity.

JRMSU-KC ROTC UNIT PARTICIPATES IN JOINT OPENING OF KALASAG-ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE INTER-AGENCY TERRITORIAL DEFENSE OPERATIONS EXERCISE 02-2026 AND RESERVE FORCE JOINT TRAINING EXERCISE 2026

The Jose Rizal Memorial State Universityโ€“Katipunan Campus (JRMSU-KC) ROTC Unit actively participated in joint opening of KALASAG-Zamboanga del Norte Inter-Agency Territorial Defense Operations Exercise 02-2026 and Reserve Force Joint Training Exercise 2026 held at the City Hall, Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. The activity aimed to strengthen coordination, preparedness, interoperability, and operational readiness among participating government agencies, reserve force personnel, and other stakeholders in support of territorial defense and disaster response efforts.

The activity was successfully conducted through the active participation and cooperation of the JRMSU-KC ROTC Unit, led by CPT ROLAN L EBILLO NC (RES), ROTC Commandant, together with 1CL Cadet Officers. Their participation demonstrated the commitment of the ROTC Unit to developing disciplined, capable, and service-oriented future military leaders who are prepared to contribute to national security, community preparedness, and the country's overall defense efforts.

The exercise also provided the cadets with valuable exposure to actual inter-agency coordination and territorial defense activities, allowing them to enhance their knowledge, leadership skills, teamwork, discipline, and readiness. The successful participation of the JRMSU-KC ROTC Unit reflects its continued dedication to the principles of Honor, Patriotism, Duty, and Service, while strengthening its role in preparing the youth to become responsible and capable members of the nation's reserve force.

All basic cadets are required to observe the prescribed attire when entering the school premises. Wearing the proper uniform reflects discipline, respect, and readiness.

PROPER BEARING FOR MALE CADETS:

โ€ข Maintain a proper haircut
โ€ข No mustache or beard
โ€ข No accessories or makeup
โ€ข No long nails or nail polish
โ€ข Bring a white handkerchief
โ€ข Bring a tickler and ballpen

PROPER BEARING FOR FEMALE CADETS:

โ€ข For long hair, tie it neatly in a bun, use a hairnet, and apply hair gel for a clean appearance.
โ€ข For short hair, brush it up neatly or use hairpins with hair gel.
โ€ข Wear a sando underneath the white shirt.
โ€ข No accessories or makeup
โ€ข No long nails or nail polish
โ€ข Bring a white handkerchief
โ€ข Bring a tickler and ballpen
