Jose Rizal Memorial State University (JRMSU) formally welcomed its new representatives to the Board of Regents (BOR), the university’s highest decision-making body. Taking their oath before CHED Commissioner Hon. Desiderio Apag III were Hon. James Manliguez (student representative), Hon. Joven Perey (faculty representative), and Hon. Maverick Mabilog (alumni representative).

Their appointment not only fulfills JRMSU’s commitment to fair representation across its campuses but also ensures that student, faculty, and alumni voices are meaningfully included in shaping policies, managing resources, and guiding the university’s growth.
