‎2nd Year students from the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) showcased their culinary expertise during Chef War 2026, themed “Clash of Flavor: The Ultimate Chef War Showdown,” held at the CBA Function Hall on May 4, 2026.
‎
‎Participants demonstrated creativity and technical knowledge as they presented dishes inspired by diverse Asian culinary traditions.
‎
‎Organized by Mr. John Marc C. Patangan, a BSHM faculty member, the competition formed part of the program’s academic activities. It aimed to enhance students’ practical skills and better prepare them for real-world hospitality settings. Moreover, it served as a valuable platform for students to apply their classroom knowledge through hands-on experience.
‎
‎Faculty members and selected judges evaluated the participants based on taste, presentation, and overall ex*****on. Winners were recognized at the end of the event.

𝗝𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝗜𝗡 | The JRMSU-Katipunan Campus ROTC Unit landed the Top 1 spot as of the moment in Zamboanga del Norte with an outstanding overall rating of 99.95% during the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) held today, May 05, 2026, at the university’s oval. From last year’s Top 2 finish, the unit rises to the top, showcasing excellence and discipline.

‎On March 27, 2026, the College of Business Administration celebrated its Students Festival 2026 victory at the JRMSU Covered Court.
‎
‎The event was graced by Campus Director Dr. Leonardo J. Zamoras, with the CBA faculty led by Associate Dean Prof. Maria Juliet B. Sanlitan, Hon. Matt Noel O. Largo, SSG President, and students in high spirits.

‎The celebration honored the CBA Lions’ talent, athleticism, and winning effort.
