Acaylar, on October 15, 2024, a global advocacy day dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding about the importance of handwashing with soap as an effective and affordable way to prevent diseases and save lives.

Biniray Elementary School conducts the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill or NSED spearheaded by Emmanuel A. Acaylar, Head Teacher of Biniray ES together with the Teachers and Non-Teaching Staff to promote disaster awareness and preparedness among the general public. It also aims to strengthen the preparedness of local governments in the event of a strong ground shaking and its secondary hazards like fire, tsunami, and liquefaction.
