In support to the Department of Education’s commitment to ensure a safe, inclusive, and drug-free learning environment, Upper Parai Elementary School is grateful to Pnp Kasibu Municipal PoliceStation lead by PCPT LLOYD G. GUILLERMO Acting Chief of Police of PNP Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya for extending their services in giving lecture on Republic Act No. 10627 (Anti-Bullying Act of 2013). In addition, to promote a healthy and safe learning environment, they also conducted a drill on Emergency Responses. This is to capacitate the grade 6 pupils on how to respond quickly and efficiently during emergencies.

The activity was integrated during class discussions ensuring that learners still acquire the competencies to be delivered within the day, August 7, 2026.

“Wear your health, crown your creativity!

In celebration of the Nutrition Month, Upper Parai Elementary School conducts Headdress Competition.
This is to promote healthy lifestyle by designing unique headdresses inspired by nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, and other healthy choices. Each creation reflected not only artistic skills but also awareness of the importance of proper nutrition.

This activity is in collaboration with UPES parents who helped their children cerate such healthy crown.
