Valleynians Elected as Young Officials of Kasibu

KASIBU, NUEVA VIZCAYA — August 18, 2026--
Four student leaders from Kongkong Valley National High School (KVNHS) were elected as young officials during the Linggo ng Kabataan (LNK) Orientation and Election of Young Officials of Kasibu, highlighting the active participation of the youth in community leadership and public service.

Representing KVNHS, the following Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers were elected to various positions:
Keisha T. Baltazar — Young Vice Mayor
Leider A. Marzan — No. 6 Young Councilor
Jhuneece B. Cogan — Young Liga ng mga Barangay President
Hanah Faye W. Ramos — Young SK Federation President

The election provides them with an opportunity to represent the youth, participate in community initiatives, and develop their leadership skills through meaningful engagement in local governance.

The KVNHS community expressed its pride in the four student leaders for bringing honor to the school and demonstrating their willingness to serve and represent their fellow young people.

The school also extended its appreciation to Ma'am Noimie I. Panis, School Head, and to the teachers, parents, organizers, and other individuals who continue to provide guidance and support to the student leaders.

The election marks another significant milestone for the Valleynians as they take on greater responsibilities in youth leadership and community service.
