TO ALL TEACHER APPLICANTS...
BIYOY ES - Kasibu West District announce the acceptance of application for TEACHER I position for School Year 2022-2023 starting January 27, 2022 onwards.
TEACHER APPLICANT shall submit to the School Head a written application supported by the following documents:
a. CSC Form No. 212 (revised 2017) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture
b. Certified photocopy of PRC professional identification card or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
c. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
d. Certified copy of Transcript of Records (with Certified GWA from the College/University Registrar)
e. Copies of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Certificates of specialized training, if any
g. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
All documents must be compiled in a legal- sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and ear tab.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders/portfolio -- with EARTABS) to the School Head's Office.
