The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐒𝐒𝐂) continues the celebration of 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 with the 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 and the 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐒𝐒𝐂 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, significant moments that symbolized the formal transition of leadership from the outgoing officers to the newly elected council.
