“𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬”
The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 (𝐂𝐝𝐞𝐊-𝐒𝐒𝐂) successfully conducted the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐈𝐈, with 𝗠𝗥. 𝗝𝗛𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗡 𝗠𝗜𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗣𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗡, popularly known as the "𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙝𝙤𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙭 𝙃𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙉𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙚", as the resource speaker. The activity brought together the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐒 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 for a meaningful learning experience focused on strengthening their leadership potential.

𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, the participants took part in a series of leadership lectures and learning activities. The session began with 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, followed by the 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐃𝐞𝐊 𝐇𝐲𝐦𝐧. The participants then proceeded to the 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫 and the leadership sessions, including “𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫,” “𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 — 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧,” and “𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.” These sessions provided the participants with valuable lessons and perspectives that they could apply in their roles as student leaders.

The training provided the participants with valuable insights and practical lessons that helped enhance their 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 as future leaders. 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐧 shared his knowledge and experiences on effective leadership, communication, and confidence, making the session engaging, informative, and inspiring for the participants.

Through this activity, the participants were reminded that 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The activity was conducted in response to the request of the 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧, bringing together student leaders and volunteers in a collective effort to promote cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and community participation.
The participation of our student leaders reflected the values of 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. More than simply collecting waste and cleaning public spaces, the activity served as a meaningful opportunity for young leaders to take an active role in caring for their surroundings and contributing to the welfare of the community.

During his college years, he served as the 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗽𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 of the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗻 (𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱) 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁. As a Certified Advanced ROTC Cadet, he demonstrated exceptional leadership, discipline, commitment, and dedication to service.

Following his graduation, he continued his commitment to service as a member of the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 and dedicated his time and expertise as a 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 of the Colegio de Kapatagan (Affiliated) ROTC Unit.

His successful completion of the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 marks another significant milestone in his journey of military service. This achievement is a testament to his perseverance, determination, discipline, and unwavering commitment to serving the nation.

The entire 𝗖𝗗𝗘𝗞 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 extends its heartfelt congratulations and deepest appreciation to PVT Christian S Arangote for this remarkable achievement. PUBLIC ADVISORY | CLASS SUSPENSION DUE TO HIGH HEAT INDEX

The Local Government Unit of Kapatagan, Lanao del Norte, headed by Municipal Mayor Beth Baguio Ali, issues this public advisory in response to the prevailing and forecasted high heat index in Region X.

According to PAGASA-DOST Mindanao Regional Services Division, a heat index of 43°C was recorded in Region X, with a similar heat index forecast for August 13–14, 2026. Heat index levels of 42–51°C fall under the DANGER category, where prolonged exposure may lead to heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.

📢 CLASS SUSPENSION

To prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of learners and school personnel, classes in ALL LEVELS in both public and private schools in Lungsod Sa Kapatagan are SUSPENDED starting at 1:00 PM today, August 13, 2026, until August 14, 2026.
