Sometimes, there are things we want to say but don’t know how. Sometimes, we want to talk but feel too shy, scared, or hesitant to walk into the Guidance Office.

That’s okay. You don’t have to carry it alone. 🤍

Introducing our 𝙀𝙓𝙋𝙍𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 𝘽𝙊𝙓 — a safe avenue where you can freely write about what you’re feeling, what you’re going through, or simply something you wish someone would listen to.

You may write if you:
🌱 Need someone to talk to
💭 Have something weighing on your mind
🫂 Want to ask for help but feel shy to approach the Guidance Office
📩 Want to request a counseling session or a simple conversation with our Guidance Counselor
✨ Or simply want to express what’s in your heart

Our Student Peer Facilitators are here to be a bridge between you and the Guidance Office. You may approach any SPF member when you need someone who will listen, understand, and help you take the next step.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your preferred interview time to register and prepare. Dress neatly, bring a pen, and be ready to answer questions about yourself, your leadership potential, and your commitment to serving the ICI community.
