We sincerely apologize for this sudden announcement. With utmost respect and transparency, we would like to inform everyone that the raffle draw organized by the Gov. Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School โ€“ Supreme Secondary Learner Government has been rescheduled to February during our Foundation Day.

This decision was not made lightly. Due to time constraints and necessary adjustments to the prizes, we found it best to move the raffle draw to ensure a more meaningful and well-prepared event for everyone.

On December 4, 2025, The Governor Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School (GBDAIS) Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) joined the ๐๐š๐ซ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐š๐๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ž: ๐€ ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐ง ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ initiated by the BSU students headed by their instructor Atty. Julie M. Binaldo-Velasco held at the Barangay Hall in Balakbak, Kapangan.

This event gathered youth leaders, barangay officials, and community members to strengthen disaster preparedness and resilience. The training was facilitated by officers from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP): SPO4 Rodelio S. Manuel, FO2 David Angelo S. Poschor, FO1 Judy Joy O. Balawas, who discussed important topics about fire safetyโ€”how fires start, ways to prevent them, and the proper procedure to take in case of a fire. They emphasized the importance of readiness and vigilance in protecting lives and property during emergencies. In addition to fire safety, SSLG Officers were also taught practical first aid skills, particularly how to apply bandages correctly for injuries from head to toe.

It was a day of learning, the training was more than just a lesson; it was a reminder of our role as young leaders in promoting safety and preparedness. โ™ฅ๏ธ๐ŸŽ€

On November 28, 2025, Governor Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School successfully conducted a program titled โ€œEmpowering Minds: SNED 2025.โ€ The activity was initiated by Mrs. Maribelle Zaragoza and was wholeheartedly approved by the school administrators.

The program officially opened with welcoming remarks from Maโ€™am Mariliese Yangken, who emphasized the uniqueness of each participant and how their individuality can inspire others.

One of the highlights of the event was the talk delivered by a special guest speaker, Maโ€™am Janice Padua from Balakbak Elementary School, who generously shared her wisdom and insights about mental wellness and the importance of self-care. She left a memorable message:
โ€œIf your brain has had enough, you should rest. Just like your phoneโ€”when it overheats, you let it cool.โ€

To further engage and develop the studentsโ€™ creativity, Maโ€™am Irene Boting and Maโ€™am Jessica Tamale facilitated a hands-on bracelet-making activity using beads. The participants eagerly took part and successfully crafted beautiful bracelets, showcasing their artistry and resourcefulness.

The activity was not only an educational and creative event but also a meaningful reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and personal expression.

The Governor Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School (GBDAIS) Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG)initiated a clean up drive activity along the road and footpaths of Barangay Balakbak on November 29, 2025.

It was done by the SSLG officers along with their adviser. This action aimed to inspire and foster students-leaders' responsibility and dedication in maintaining cleanliness for their environment creating a community-friendly surrounding. Moreover the activity also emphasizes that we must take good care of our mother nature.

On November 21, 2025. The Guidance Associates of Governor Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School initiated a program for chosen students accompanied by their parents. The program is an orientation or the traditional word "Pamagbaga" by various speakers, aimed to foster students' healthy lifestyle and reflection on their unbecoming actions. The program was also attended by Balakbak Women's Club, Balakbak BLGU, PNP, Health professional and a Pastor.

November 14, 2025. The community of Barangay Balakbak, led by Hon. George Balanggoy, in collaboration with the Gov. Bado Dangwa Agro-Industrial School (GBDAIS) family headed by Dr. Cherrelene A. Comom, and the Balakbak Elementary School headed by Mrs. Evangeline Pinong, successfully celebrated Nutrition Month at the GBDAIS covered court. The program was also graced by officials from the Kapangan LGU, making the event more meaningful and collaborative.

The celebration centered on the theme, โ€œFood at Nutrition Security Maging Priority Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!โ€ which emphasized the importance of proper nutrition and access to clean and nutritious food as a right.

As the program goes, local residents from various sitios of Balakbak showcased and sold their homegrown products and crops such as รซnas (sugarcane), kalabasa/kalumbasa (squash), pechay, tilapia, and many others. This not only highlighted the agricultural richness of the community but also promoted local livelihood and sustainability.

An art contest was also held, participated in by students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The activity highlighted the creativity and talent of the youth, making the event livelier and more engaging.

The highlight of the celebration was the insightful sharing of respected speakers who discussed health awareness and proper ways of taking care of one's well-being. Their valuable messages inspired the audience to prioritize proper nutrition and healthy living in their daily lives.

Overall, the event was a great success, reflecting the spirit of BINNADANG and commitment of the Barangay Balakbak community in promoting health and nutrition for all.
