We express our highest commendation and pride for the cadet officers of the KCAST ROTC Unit who have successfully completed their strenuous military training phases this summer. These fine men and women have pushed past their limits to answer the call of leadership.

A total of 21 ROTC Pioneering Officers successfully advanced to 1CL ROTC Officers during the ๐˜ผ๐™™๐™ซ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™˜๐™š ๐™๐™Š๐™๐˜พ ๐˜ผ๐™˜๐™–๐™™๐™š๐™ข๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™‹๐™๐™–๐™จ๐™š ๐™๐™ง๐™–๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ (๐˜ผ๐™๐˜ผ๐™‹๐™) ๐™ˆ๐™Ž 41/42, that took place from June 2 to June 15, 2026, at the 1102nd Provincial Training and Mobilization Center in New Visayas, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte.

On 17 May 2026, the Kapalong College of Agriculture, Sciences and Technology ROTC Unit successfully participated in the Provincial Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (PAATI) 2026 held at KCAST Campus, Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

The activity was supervised by 1LT RAUL V DELA CRUZ (RES) PA, in coordination with TSg Joseph A Soriano (Inf) PA, Chief Clerk of KCAST ROTCU, under the overall supervision of LTC ALLAN L RELLON GSC (RES) PA, Chairperson of PAATI 2025โ€“2026.

A total of 233 Basic ROTC Cadets and 23 Advanced ROTC Officers participated in the inspection, achieving an impressive ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ“.๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ•%. The evaluation included Ceremonial Parade, Small Unit Tactics, Close Order Drill, Knot Tying, Map Reading, Theoretical Examination, and Rifle Disassembly and Assembly.

The successful conduct of PAATI 2026 reflects the KCAST ROTC Unitโ€™s commitment to discipline, leadership, military excellence, and nation-building.

The activity concluded at approximately 5 oโ€™clock in the afternoon on the same date, followed by the ROTC Closing Ceremony at the KCAST Gymnasium.
