On August 13, 2026, the teachers of Sua-on Elementary School, Kapalong East District, Davao del Norte participated in a School-Based Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session centered on “How to Make a Table of Specifications (TOS).” The session aimed to enhance teachers’ understanding and skills in preparing well-balanced, valid, and competency-based assessment tools. Through meaningful discussions, collaborative sharing, and hands-on activities the teachers gained practical knowledge on developing effective assessments, highlighting the importance of collaboration and careful planning in promoting quality teaching and improved learner outcomes.
