𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑-𝟐𝟎𝟐4 | May 23, 2024

To ensure the accuracy and consistency of learner information, the preparation and checking of school forms as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2018 are among the critical activities conducted at the end of every school year.

Hence, the Kapalong West District conducted a District Checking of School Forms for all grade levels on May 23, 2024 at Gabuyan Central Elementary School.

To facilitate a smooth and faster checking of forms, multiple teams or committees lead by School Heads and Master Teachers were organized.

The said activity, which was participated by all elementary and secondary schools in Kapalong West District, adheres and subscribes to DepEd’s principles of accuracy, reliability of data, efficiency and accountability.

𝗚𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗣𝗪𝗘𝗦𝗧:
𝑨𝒏𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑷𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒔

True to DepEd's commitment to give support to teachers to teach better, Kapalong West District conducted a comprehensive medical assessment on May 22, 2024.

Prior to the reading of results, teachers were required various laboratory tests to detect any potential medical issues early when they are most treatable.

The physical examination process began with nurses measuring vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature. These metrics provided a snapshot of the body's basic functions.

Teachers with underlying health concerns had a one-on-one consultation with Division Medical Officer III, Dr. Henry, Jr. S. Villarosa. Moreover, teachers were given dental check up to ensure their oral health.

This annual procedure is a cornerstone of preventive medicine, crucial for maintaining teachers' good health. Sincerely, Kapalong West District looks after teachers' health as a means of giving them support in educating the 𝐾𝑎𝑏𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑎𝑛𝑔 𝑃𝑖𝑙𝑖𝑝𝑖𝑛𝑜𝑛𝑔 𝑀𝑎𝑘𝑎𝑏𝑎𝑛𝑠𝑎.

The three-day Athletic Meet of the Division of Davao del Norte officially came to an end on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

LOOK : CONDUCT OF THE KAPALONG MUNICIPAL MEETING FOR THE UPCOMING DIVISION MEET | FEBRUARY 12, 2024

Today, a collaborative gathering of all school heads of Langilan, Kapalong East and Kapalong West in Maniki Central Elementary School SPED Center signifies the beginning of the journey of Kapalong Cobra in the upcoming Division Meet 2024. In the intent to discuss preparation and updates for the upcoming event, this conference was purposely led by Sir Dominic M. Dizon, PSDS of Langilan and OIC-PSDS of Kapalong West and Ma'am Ana N. Redaniel, PSDS of Kapalong East.

The core points being given emphasis were planning for the Division Meet 2024, latest and updated documents to prepare for the qualifies athletes, transporation and meals of Kapalong Cobra players, schedule of screening of the documents and the committees needed to ensure the smooth flow of the participation of Kapalong Cobras.

This recently concluded activity vividly implies the genuine and strong support and commitment of education sector to sports for our athletes.

Recognizing the crucial role of communication, different schools of Kapalong West conducted the second conference of this school year where learners' progress for the second quarter was relayed to their parents and guardians.

Teachers awarded certificates and merit to deserving students for their competence and hard work. Then, report cards were distributed.

Parent-Teacher Conference and Homeroom Meeting allowed both teachers and parents to monitor, evaluate, and resolve matters that exist on their class homes. Consequently, the goal of establishing a 𝑀𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑎𝑔 school environment was achieved.

School Administrators of Kapalong West District gathered in Mangulibas Elementary School for the Monthly Administrators Meeting and MPOR Validation. The district-wide meeting, led by the Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Dominic M. Dizon, delved into the essential aspects of education.

The focal points of discussion were centered around crucial matters such as the KapWest Flagship Program, Least Learned Competencies and Proficiency Level, MPRE School Report & Evaluation, PIP Implementation, Research, Journalism, MPOR Validation, Office Improvement, and Vacant Position for Teachers.

The collaborative discussion of all administrators demonstrated in this conference reflects the district’s commitment to uphold quality education and support to the programs and initiatives.
