The Schools Division of Davao del Norte successfully conducted the Care, Inspire, and Develop: Give Instructions, Yes to Action (CID GIYA) monitoring in three integrated schools of Langilan DistrictโMangkay Integrated School, Kapatagan Integrated School, and Mambago Integrated School. The activity aimed to strengthen curriculum implementation, observe classroom instruction, and provide technical assistance to teachers to further enhance teaching practices and improve learnersโ outcomes.
The monitoring was spearheaded by Assisstant Regional Director Rebonfamil R. Baguio who reiterated the crucial role of teachers in the IP community and emphatized with the personnel of Langilan District. Together with CID Chief Dr. Eduard C. Amoguis and SGOD Chief Marlon G. Ebrado, the team of Education Program Supervisors and Public Schools District Supervisors provided constructive feedback and guidance to teachers and school heads, reinforcing the divisionโs commitment to quality instruction and continuous professional growth during the post conference.
The gathering was also attended by representatives from the local government of Kapalong, including Maโam Ma. Theresa R. Timbol, representing the Municipal Mayor, SB Member Ayette Timbol, and Barangay Captain Marco Antonio Pupa, who reaffirmed their strong support for educational initiatives and instructional innovations of the district.
The successful implementation of the CID GIYA monitoring further reflects the continuous progress and strong commitment of Langilan District in advancing quality education. With the steadfast leadership of Public Schools District Supervisor Dr. Dominic M. Dizon, the district remains dedicated to strengthening instructional practices, supporting teachers, and ensuring meaningful learning experiences for every learner. Through collaborative efforts among school leaders, teachers, stakeholders, and the community, Langilan District continues to move forward with a shared vision of educational excellenceโanchored in its guiding principle and proud declaration: โIkaw ang Tunay.โ
