KAPAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 1ST TERM PTCA MEETING
September 9, 2026

Kapai Elementary School successfully conducted its First Term Parent-Teacher-Community Association (PTCA) Meeting today, September 9, 2026, with the active participation of parents, guardians, and teaching staff from Kindergarten to Grade 6.

Agenda:

1. Three-Term Calendar
2. Grading System
3. New ECR (Electronic Class Record)
4. Kindergarten Progress Report Card
5. PACE in Grade 1
6. Class Advisers' Concerns on Child Performance, Behavior, and Absenteeism
7. Grade Card Viewing and Signing
8. Our Promise Tree Activity

The meeting highlighted the updates under DepEd Order No. 09 and DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026, followed by the discussion of class advisers regarding learners' academic performance, classroom behavior, and attendance concerns for Term 1.

This was followed by the viewing and signing of progress report cards and the meaningful "Our Promise Tree" activity, where parents wrote their promises to support their children's learning journey.

The activity, themed _"Isang Pangako, Isang Pangarap para sa Anak,"_ symbolizes the shared commitment of home and school in guiding every learner toward success.

Our heartfelt gratitude to all parents and guardians for their presence, active participation, and continued support to Kapai Elementary School.

KAPAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ✨🇵🇭

“Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Sa makabagong panahon kung saan patuloy na umuunlad ang teknolohiya at Artificial Intelligence (AI), nananatiling mahalaga ang ating Wikang Filipino bilang puso ng ating pagkakakilanlan, kultura, at pagkakaisa.

Ngayong Buwan ng Wika 2026, buong pagmamalaki nating ipinagdiriwang ang kagandahan ng ating wika at ang yaman ng kulturang Pilipino.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga makukulay na kasuotan, malikhaing pagtatanghal, awit, sayaw, at iba’t ibang gawaing nagpapakita ng ating tradisyon, naipapakita natin sa ating mga mag-aaral na ang pagmamahal sa sariling wika ay pagmamahal din sa ating bayan.

Mula Kindergarten hanggang Grade 6, ipinamalas ng ating mga mag-aaral ang kanilang talento, pagkamalikhain, tapang, at pagmamalaki bilang mga batang Pilipino.

Sa Kapai Elementary School, patuloy nating tinuturuan ang ating mga mag-aaral na yakapin ang makabagong teknolohiya nang responsable, ngunit huwag kailanman kalimutan ang sariling wika, kultura, at mga pagpapahalagang nag-uugnay sa atin.

Maraming salamat sa ating School Head Hanifah Carim-Guinar , mga g**o, mga magulang, at lahat ng sumuporta upang maging makabuluhan at matagumpay ang pagdiriwang na ito. Higit sa lahat, saludo kami sa ating mga mag-aaral na buong puso at saya na nakilahok!

📢 KAPAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL INFORMATION AND AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

Sa pangunguna ng ating School Head, HANIFAH L. CARIM, matagumpay na isinagawa sa KAPAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ang isang Lecture and Awareness Campaign na pinangunahan ng KAPAI MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION (Kapai MPS)

Tinalakay sa programa ang mahahalagang paksa tungkol sa bullying, online safety, child protection, at iba pang usaping may kaugnayan sa kaligtasan at kapakanan ng mga mag-aaral.

Bilang bahagi ng programa, naghandog ang ating mga mag-aaral ng isang role play na may pamagat na "Safety First: Reporting Dangerous Items at School." Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang pagtatanghal, naipakita ang kahalagahan ng pagiging mapagmatyag, responsable, at agad na pag-uulat sa mga g**o o awtoridad ng anumang mapanganib na bagay na maaaring makita sa loob ng paaralan.

Naging masigla at makabuluhan ang programa sa aktibong pakikilahok ng ating mga mag-aaral sa mga talakayan at gawain, na nagpalawak ng kanilang kaalaman at kamalayan tungo sa pagbuo ng isang ligtas, disiplinado, at mapayapang kapaligiran sa paaralan.

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa ating mga magulang, mga mag-aaral, at mga g**o sa kanilang walang sawang suporta at pakikiisa sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng gawaing ito.

Taos-puso rin naming pinasasalamatan ang mga kinatawan ng KAPAI MPS sa kanilang dedikasyon at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman:

Conduct of Head Count of Learners and Inventory of Property, Plant, and Equipment

Buong pusong nagpapasalamat ang Kapai Elementary School sa Team 1, sa pangunguna ng ating OIC–Schools Division Superintendent, Jamira P. Sarip, MAEd, para sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng Head Count ng mga Mag-aaral at Imbentaryo ng Property, Plant, and Equipment.

Taos-puso rin ang aming pasasalamat sa mga miyembro ng Team 1—Junaid M. Cadalay, JD; Amanie Bansara, PhD; Yasren R. Abdullah; Daud Macasundig; Monaima Guiling; at Nonisah S. Masbud—sa kanilang oras, pagsisikap, at dedikasyon upang maisakatuparan ito nang maayos.

Kapai Elementary School proudly celebrated the 2026 Nutrition Month through fun and meaningful 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢-𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 that inspired our learners to value healthy eating while caring for our environment. Through engaging learning experiences, our pupils were reminded that proper nutrition and a healthy environment go hand in hand in building a stronger and healthier future.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all our parents and guardians for your unwavering support, generous contributions, and active participation in making this celebration a success. Your partnership and commitment greatly contributed to the joy and meaningful learning of our children.
