Student Kamustahan 2026: A Wellness and Reflection Retreat
On April 15, 2026, the Guidance and Support Network successfully conducted the Student Kamustahan/Retreat at Bukidnon State University โ Kalilangan Campus, creating a meaningful space for students to relax, reflect, and reconnect with one another. Through engaging team-building activities, meditation, bonfire sessions, and shared reflections, the activity promoted studentsโ mental, emotional, and social well-being while strengthening unity, teamwork, and camaraderie within the campus community.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our GSN Adviser, Sir James D. Tuvilla, for his continuous guidance and support ("If it weren't for you, this wouldn't have been a success, thanks to your help, ideas, and hands-on support during the event."), and to our Campus Head, Sir Richard S. Sudario, for his approval and encouragement that made this activity possible, also to be part of our activity by leading our bonfire. Special thanks also to all the facilitatorsโour dedicated Guidance and Support Network members and officersโled by Devine Grace P. Campo, for their hard work, commitment, and leadership in ensuring the smooth flow and success of the event.
This activity was made truly successful through the active participation and cooperation of all students, making Kamustahan 2026 a memorable and meaningful experience for everyone. ๐
