Requirements:
1. For New Pupils/Transferees
• Report Card
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
2. For Grade 1 Pupils
• Kindergarten Certificate of Completion
• Report Card/ECD Checklist/(if available)
• Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
3. For Preschoolers
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
The office is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Congratulations to the Aklan Learning Center Team composed of Giovanni Paolo A. Carbungco, Shawn AJ V. Celestino, and Justine Luis C. Macabales for winning 1st Runner-Up in the 2023 Interschool Mathematics Quiz Bee sponsored by the University of the Philippines - Visayas (UPV) Mathematics Circle. The contest was held at UPV, Iloilo City on March 23, 2023.

Dear Parents and Guardians:
In the light of the news about the local transmission of the Covid-19 in our midst, Aklan Learning Center and Aklan Valley High School will suspend the distribution of distance learning kits for a period of one week, starting September 10 up to 16. The distribution schedule for ALC will resume on September 21, 2020.
This one-week period will enable the school to perform general disinfection procedures of all its facilities, as well as to heed the advice of our medical frontliners to avoid going out to minimize the spread of the virus among its stakeholders.
Furthermore, this one-week lull in the physical distribution of learning kits will be employed by the AVHS faculty in fully exploring the conduct of synchronous/asynchronous online classes via the EduLearn Learning Management System. Inputs from them will then be made as a basis for the adoption of this mode to our ALC learners.

ANNOUNCEMENT!
To all Parents/Guardians:
To accommodate those who were not able to enroll on the posted schedule of enrollment per grade level, the office will start accepting enrollees for ALL LEVELS starting on JULY 20 up to AUGUST 14.
The sets of learning kits will be given upon enrollment so that the learners can work on them in time for submission as instructed by the adviser.
Take note however, that only 40 persons at a time can be accommodated inside the school quadrangle to maintain social distancing. The rest will have to wait for their turn to be called in after the others are done with their transaction.
Please be guided accordingly.
