1. Please be at the examination room at least 30 minutes before the examination schedule.
2. Bring any valid identification card with picture and a photocopy of your Grade 12 report card / Transcript of Records for transferee, put it inside to a long white mailing envelop with your name and contact number on the upper right corner and submit it to your assigned proctor.
3. Wear proper attire on the examination day. Examinees wearing SLEEVELESS SHIRT/BLOUSE, SHORT PANTS, TOKONG PANTS, RIPPED JEANS, and SLIPPERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE EXAMINATION AND INTERVIEW.
