Aklan Catholic College (ACC) newly licensed Real Estate Appraisers from the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM) graduates of Batch 2024 and 2025 paid a courtesy visit to our esteemed Rector-President, Rev. Fr. Jose Gualberto I. Villasis, on July 29, 2025, following their success in passing the Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE) on July 22, 2025.

This milestone marks a historic achievement as they are the first graduates to take the REALE — and they did so with excellence, achieving a 100% passing rate!

The Rector-President commended the board passers for bringing honor and pride to the institution and for setting a high standard for future graduates of the program. Their success reflects their hard work, the dedication of their mentors, and the strong academic foundation provided by the institution.

Again, congratulations to our newly licensed real estate appraisers!
