We extend our sincere congratulations to Engr. Ryan Carlo Mecina, who has successfully completed the training and assessment in TM COC II, passed the required loading, and is now duly accredited as a TESDA Competency Assessment Assessor in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II.

His achievement marks not only a personal success but also a significant milestone for the entire KISEC community, as he becomes the first teacher in Region VI to attain this accreditation.
