Tertiary Education Subsidy Grantees gathered last October 29, 2025 at the BukSU Kadingilan Campus Covered Court for an engaging and meaningful Kamustahan session. The activity featured
𝐓𝐄𝐒 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, insightful talks on 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐲 and 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, heartfelt 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬, and an open forum that fostered learning and connection among students.

The application for the Tulong Dunong Program for State Universities and Colleges (TDP-SUCs) for 2nd Semester AY 2024-2025 is now open!
The Tulong Dunong Program for State Universities and Colleges (TDP-SUCs) is a one-time grant aims to support financially disadvantaged Filipino undergraduate students enrolled in State Universities and Colleges (SUCs), thereby advancing the national goal of equitable access to higher education.
Interested students may submit their applications and supporting documents to the Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office/Campus Registrar's Office, starting September 3, 2025.
Continuing scholars and grantees from the BukSU Merit Scholarship Program, CHED Merit Scholarship Program, Bequest Program, ODSP Scholarship, Tertiary Education Subsidy and Tulong Dunong Program are not allowed to apply.
Deadline for all submission is on September 5, 2025.

The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office of BukSU Kadingilan Campus spearheaded the General Assembly on August 15, 2025, focusing on the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Guidelines. The activity gathered TES grantees to ensure that students are well-informed of their rights, responsibilities, and privileges under the program.

During the assembly, important provisions of the TES were revisited and clarified, serving as a reminder of the students’ accountability in maintaining their scholarship privileges while also emphasizing the government’s commitment to making higher education more accessible and equitable.

The program likewise included the election of TES Grantees’ Officers, providing student-scholars the opportunity to exercise leadership, representation, and active participation in matters concerning their welfare.

Through this initiative, BukSU Kadingilan Campus reaffirms its dedication to providing continuous support to student-grantees and to strengthening its mission of delivering inclusive education to all qualified learners.

TES Kamustahan 2025 | A Day of Connection and Empowerment

BukSU Kadingilan Campus through the Office of the Scholarship and Financial Assistance successfully held Kamustahan Session for Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) grantees last April 2, 2025, at the Campus Conference Room — a meaningful gathering that fostered open dialogue, inspired stories, and deeper understanding of TES guidelines and policies.

Grantees shared their journeys, raised questions, and gained clarity through our re-orientation, testimony sharing, and open forum. It was a day filled with purpose, connection, and renewed commitment to academic success.

Thank you to all who participated and made this event a success! Let’s continue to support and uplift one another in our educational journeys.
